Although there are over 20 pages of content, and some of them quite long, work here is incomplete. All of the mathematical tools below are helpful to a polymer chemist or a polymer physicist. It is hoped that you can enjoy the pages as they are in their current state.

However, the final goal is webpage that brings it all together. The math discussion is the first step in that direction.
  1. Algebra

  2. Boltzmann Distribution

  3. Calculus

A Javascript Series is under production, to test using Javascripts for some examples. Work so far has shown the Gaussian Distribution for the results of a random walk on a line (one dimension), and a Boltzmann Distribution for the random walk of a freely jointed chain.

Werner Heisenberg won the Nobel Prize for work he did in graduate school at the age of 27.
